Jim Humble's 2nd eBook gives the direct instructions for this.

Personally, I bought the individual ingredients on eBay and then bought a small scale at a local smoke shop.

You just mix the exact 'grams' (weight) of the citric acid with warm water in a pot that is NOT metal, with a 'non-metal' mixing utensil and the same goes for the Sodium Chlorite mixture with the 'filtered' water.

Store each solution, individually, in the fridge, in a dark/ amber-colored bottle.

I spent $50 on the whole process and I think I have enough solution to last nearly my lifetime.

I put the instructions into the simplest form (Jim Humble tends to ramble) here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FZueiKPBdpsQOYGjpKXsy4cpyOG8Zj2BilciqZwkx3E/edit?hl=en_US
