Ii am suffering from lectin poisoning due to overconsumption of grains. I did a dry fast and it did good work. since i am scared of phytotoxins i am wondering if i consume a meat broth after a water fast will this create problems to my digestion?

You can't consume anything made from meat until day 10 of breaking your fast and anything cooked until at least day 7!
