Personally I feel it is safe for anybody. There are things you have to be cautious of, but you can and will get used to working/living while fasting. Your blood pressure drops during a fast causing occasional dizziness/weakness. You just have to get up from a seated/kneeling position with caution. Your energy level will increase after the first couple days to an astonishing level. You have to pay attention to what your body tells you, and make sure you get plenty of sleep and extra sleep whenever you can. I say that all you can do is try it. Make sure you do the program properly and also make sure your water intake is not only at its appropriate amount for your body size(1/2 your weight in ounces)but more if you sweat alot. Make sure you always have enough lemonade with you, and of course GOOD water not tap water(distilled tastes better and recommended by Stanley Burroughs because it carries more waste with it when it leaves the body).
