My 13th day on the MC and haven't lost any weight ... although I did the MC to get my body cleaned out, I thought I would lose some weight too. Is this normal?

Waste=weight by niffer 17 year
Are you overweight? If so how much? Typically if you need to loose weight you will.
(WASTE=WEIGHT) You have to be realistic if your body is at a proper weight for your height then you may not need to lose weight. You may be losing inches instead of weight. But I find it hard to believe you haven't lost any weight. Everyone looses at least 5-7 lbs. when their intestines and bowels empty. Have you had bowel movements, did anything "move out"?

Doesn't the original master cleanse book say that to reduce use less than 2 tbsp of maple syrup, or more than 2 tbsp to gain weight?
