and constantly being updated, shortened, lengthened, etc. Welcome to the wonderful world of this fledgling condition, as there are only a handful of people who know what it REALLY is and HOW to treat it. Anyway, here are *some* symptoms of AF, courtesy of Lam and Wilson.
Difficulty getting up in the morning
Still feeling fatigued when you wake up
Craving salt or salty foods
Hypoglycemia
Dry and thin skin
Low body temperature
Palpitation
Unexplained hair loss
Tendency to gain weight and not lose it, esp. around the waist
Alternating between constipation and diarrhea
Lethargy
Pain in the upper back or neck with no apparent reason
Reduced sex drive
Reduced ability to handle stress
Increased time to recover from illness, injury or trauma
Light-headed when standing up quickly from a seated or laying position
Brain fog, unfocused thoughts
Poor memory
Anger outbursts
Don't really wake up until 10 a.m.
Feel much better after dinner
Decreased productivity (no shit?!)
