Can I smoke during the master cleanse?
[Answer This Question] [Ask New Question]
Of course you can. by whiterteeth 16 year 2 of 2 (100%)
However, you will not receive the benefits of the cleanse to the fullest as a non-smoker would. That said, it is often said that those who do the cleanse properly are cured of addictions, including smoking and junk food. You may find this to be the case for you.
Personally, I would suggest taking it into your own hands. Either shortly before (so that your body can remove smoking-related toxins more effectively) or while you are on the cleanse, pick up a copy of Allen Carr's "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking." If you have one iota of desire to quit, you will succeed and you won't miss cigarettes.
We should all keep in mind that smokers are reasonable human beings who have not only become addicted to one of the most addictive substances known to man, but have also been brainwashed since birth with wrong ideas about smoking and quitting. They know they are risking their health, but tend to rely on their cigarettes when anxious or fearful. The correct response is not to carelessly drive them to their addiction, but to guide them to the way out. It does exist, and you can do it.

I would think that any vitamins/medication would have minimal effect as they would just be flushed quickly out of your system anyway. I usually take supplements before and after the detox so that my body is not lacking in anything for too long. Sorry, I don't know about the medicine. lemonade diet
