Therapies for Enuresis by white tiger 18 year
Behavior therapy helps teach your child not to wet the bed. Some behavioral treatments include the following:
* An alarm system that rings when the bed gets wet and teaches the child to respond to bladder sensations at night.
* A reward system for dry nights.
* Asking your child to change the bed sheets when he or she wets.
* Bladder training: having your child practice holding his or her urine for longer and longer times.
Nervousness and anxiety exacerbates the problem.

Here is how I was cured.
If you notice, the child will only have a mishap if they lay on their back or tummy.
They will not have a mishap if you can train them to always lay on their sides.
This may require whoever gets up in the middle of the night to wake them up to lay on their side, if they are laying on their back or tummy. (it takes persistance)
You may be shocked how difficult it is to have a mishap laying on your side.
I learned this technique from Doctor Meyer.
