13	How many times did you flush before you achieved your goal?

Most people have some goal, when choosing to start flushing. For many, goal is to be pain free or symptom free, depending on problems they are facing. Absence of symptoms is often the final goal. If you suffer from Allergies, Eczema, Acne, Psoriasis, Digestive problems, Fibromyalgia, Shoulder pain, Arm pain, ... you goal is simple, and you know when you achieved it. Once your symptoms are gone, you know you achieved your goal. For some of us, goal was to have normal blood test, normal cholesterol level, normal blood pressure. Sometimes, goal is not as simple.
