10 | Number of flushes completed until today? |
If you can't recall exact number, please choose the number closest to what you think exact number could be. I personally lost counting of my flushes, but I estimate that number could be between 30 and 40. It is important to understand what a "Liver Flush" is, in order to answer correctly this question. In this survey "Liver Flush" refers to drinking at least 1/2 cup of oil (average adult) or proportionally smaller amount for smaller person (kids), during a fairly short time (less then 60 min). If a child is one half of average adult weight, then child should take at least 1/4 cup of oil. Some Liver Flush recipes call for drinking up to 2 cups of oil. That is extreme. Very few people try that. 1/2 cup = 125 ml = 4.2 fl.oz. (fluid ounce) = 8 TBSP (table spoon) = 110 grams of oil Any recipe that calls for drinking only 1 or 2 TBSP (table spoon) can not be called a flush, and should not be considered a liver flush. In order to achieve liver flush by swallowing oil capsules, at least 100 capsule must be swallowed to call it a flush. Each capsule usually contains only 1 gram of oil. 100 grams is needed. Most commonly used oil is Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but any oil can be used. Any fat or any oil, when consumed in amount of 1/2 cup on an empty stomach, will flush your liver. |
