Okay after a 4 year pause in doing liver flushes I am back at it - this after gaining the most weight ever in my life. I noticed on the site that they are now advocating basically a double flush - I tried that and it went ok however I am curious as to when the second dose of olive oil was added and why this is now advocated. Thanks 16 year 0 answ.
