From the book 'iodine secrets from the sea':

Main treatment: SSKI (super saturated potassium iodide), rubbed into thickened tissue at least 2x daily. will take several months.

extra support:
-2 grams PABA 3x daily
-mixture of vit E and DMSO into the thickened areas

It's advisable to have glucose-intolerance test done, as there's an unusually high incidence of insulin resistance in people with either dupuytren's or peyronie's.

This also works for Dupuytren's contracture.
