If you clean your body, your diet, your thoughts, your mind, your sprit, and your closest environment, your body naturally cures cancer. (Suppose you don't start clean-up five days before death, and/or after your body have been cut (Surgery), burned (Radiation), and poisoned (Chemo) to death with standard "Cancer Cures")

What does it mean to clean your spirit ?  It means to forgive what you didn't forgive, to regret what you should have regretted, to say I am sorry and to be sorry for the things you did, but you should have not done,  to ask for forgiveness from those who didn't forgive to you, to pay back what you owe, to regret everything you did but you should have not done, to make friends with your enemies, to excuse to people that you hurted, to not be selfish, egoistic, to love other people for what for who they are, to respect family, to respect marriage, to respect others, to be flexible, to not do to others what you wouldn't like others to do to you ...

Most cancer patients who are successful in healing cancer have used protocols similar to this one, or just some parts of this protocol:

You may think that diet is the most important part of every cancer curing program.

You are wrong.

For majority of people , fasting is more important.

It is more important what you "don't eat", then what "you eat" !

Some simple dietary guidelines:

If you are fasting, do not follow those guidelines !

 

  • - one to 5 tbsp. of  Flax seed oil ( linseed oil ), Vitamin E supplement, Vitamin C supplement
  • - one tbsp. of flax seed oil mixed with two tbsp. of  freshly ground flax seeds
  • Imoplex
  • soup made of vegetable ( every day  a week different soup. )
  • fresh salads every day.
  • Spoon of Colloidal minerals as minerals and trace minerals supplement 
  • apricot seeds because they are rich in Vitamin B17 , 2 pieces a day.
  • Essiac Tea
  • Coenzyme Q10 supplement
  • Digestive enzymes
  • Probiotics ( intestinal flora - Lactobacillus Acidophilus , Bifidobacter Bifidus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, S. thermophilus and L. salivarius )
  • barley grass and wheat grass powder or juice
  • grains ,  vegetables,  algae
  • Micro algae : Spirulina, Chlorella, and wild blue-green ( Aphanizomenon flos-aquae)
  • chew one fresh organic carrot

 

Two to times a week in your diet (optional) :

  • well cooked beans or vegetables with Kombu algae.
  • Burdock root tea
  • fresh burdock root in soups.
  • Foods rich in Calcium.
  • fish soups and boiled fish
  • 1 cup Shitake tea only once a week !

 To do :

 - if you can -  move to live out of town, in the forest, or on the mountain or sea side.

Base your diet on natural and whole foods.

  • Chew your food longer.
  • Meditate, relax,
  • Forgive and Ask for forgiveness
  • love yourself more and Love others more
  • Do everyday something for yourself and something for others and stop focusing only on disease
  • Talk with people about your problems. You do not necessary  have to spend money for Psychologists.
  • Go to the church and confess , even if you do not believe in God or religion
  • Do not hate anyone for anything
  • Liberate yourself from: anger, fear, doubt,....
  • Move your bed.
  • Change you house.
  • Change your job.
  • Keep your TV-set out of the house.
  • Keep most of electronic devices in your house disconnected from electricity when not in use.
  • (specially those with a large heating element or with a large Electro-motor)
  • Avoid using cellular phone. (It is radiating microwaves)
  • Avoid preparing your food in microwave oven, or on the electric stove.
  • Use gas burning stove if cooking foods. (does not cost so much to invest in !)
  • Purchase juice machine and have at least one or more days in a weak only vegetable juices or wheat grass or barley grass juices. Make your own Wheat or barley grass.
  • Do not be afraid of Flaxseed oil ! Use it !  I have never seen person who was harmed with fresh expeller pressed flaxseed oil !  And 100% of people have been feeling better after they started using it every day.  It will make you sweat more.
  • Use Colloidal minerals.
    I have never seen person who was harmed with Colloidal minerals!
    And 100% of people have been feeling better after they started using it every day.
    Colloidal minerals will also make you sweat more.

  • If using soy products, use only miso and tamari, at least 2 years fermented. Do not use it every day, and do not use it the same week that you are consuming milk products !  Never use raw miso or tamari soy sauce. IT MUST BE BOILED ! Use It In The SOUPS, or tea!  Miso will make you sweat more!

 

  • eat less than you are use to, but chew longer food than you are use to.
  • chew food well (at least 20 times each mouthful);
  • never overfill your stomach
  • make at least 1 hour pause between fruit and next meal;
  • make at least 4 hour pause between meal and next fruit or fruit juice.
  • use mostly fresh spring water for drinking (without CO2) !
  • not mix proteins with carbohydrates to often. (avoid  Pizza )
  • never eat fruits with rest of the food
  • make break between fruit and the rest of the food.
  • eat more often but less mixed food.
  • eat salads with cold pressed oils.
  • not eat proteins with deserts.
  • avoid restaurant food.
  • you should eat food that have been prepared with love
  • cooking is an art !
  • avoid eating 3 hours before sleeping.
  • avoid eating fruit or deserts for dinner.
  • use root vegetable In cooking and salads ( carrots, onions, burdock, radish, daikon, dandelion root, parsley, celery... )
  • avoid inorganic foods (antibiotics, hormones, pesticides)
  • (antibiotics can harm intestinal flora !!!  Hormones will help you tumor grow.  Pesticides will poison your healthy cells and organs.)
  • avoid eating and watching TV in the same time, or for exmpl. reading

Exercise to balance and cleanse your body -  relief stress:

  • Those psycho-physical activities will help you balance your body and will help you relief accumulated stress. 
  • Choose one or few that you like.
  • Do it every day or  3-5 x week.
  • Leave the city and start breathing real air !
  • Do not exhaust yourself !
  • Do not exercise with full stomach !  (You may take a walk!)
  • Do not heart yourself !

  • Mini Trampoline jumping , rebounding!
  • Meditate
  • Walk or jog in the nature :
    • in the forest, on the mountain , river /   sea / lake side, beach ...
    • fishing, photo-safari, rowing, riding, golf, ...
  • Exercises
    • - Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Meditation ...
    • - Yoga - Hatha, Meditation, Chinese Yoga ... 
    • - Martial Arts - Karate, Judo, Kung Fu, TaeKwonDo, Budokai, Uechi , ... 
    • - Dance , Aerobics, Gymnastics, Stretching ...
    • - Swimming in non-chlorinated water !  ( Best in minerals rich water ! )
    • - Body Building, body lifting, ...

Sweating :

  • Sweating is powerful way to cleanse your body from accumulated toxins:
  • exercise with a lot of clothes 
  • Use Sauna
