Description

The powerful natural solution your doctor won't tell you about!

Your doctor can't prescribe Chinese medicine for your irritable bowel syndrome, even though recent scientific studies published in The Journal of the American Medical Association prove it works. Only specially trained Chinese medicine practitioners can determine the precise combination of herbs, acupuncture, and mind/body techniques that will cure your IBS for good. This book will guide you through your journey of healing.

In The IBS Breakthrough, author Leigh Fortson helps you find the right practitioner and learn the basics of Chinese medicine-including nearly forgotten techniques from thousands of years ago. With veteran Chinese acupuncturist Bing Lee, Fortson explains how modern western medicine is wonderful for acute illness, but woefully inadequate at curing chronic problems like IBS. Chinese medicine, on the other hand, has centuries of success to back up its time-tested methods for treating chronic ailments.

You'll learn:
*What really causes IBS, and why the drugs your doctor prescribes make it worse
*How to use Chinese medicine in conjunction with other alternative therapies for the best results
*Dozens of tips from other IBS sufferers who've been there-and have found relief in Chinese medicine!
