Can't get Live Update to function on PC.

http://live-symantec.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/live_symantec.cfg/php/enduser/live.php

Call Live chat when fresh.

Error message LU 1821 and Lu1840.

Dass said, some kind of EXE....gosh I did not write it down
before lost connection.

was with Live Chat but disconnnected.

Happened again!

Needed to make a back up of
files on Mac. Lost ability to print.
Will I be able to find it again?

Hewlett Packard was not able to help,
but I found the little element.

How did I do that?

Making progress with Records,
but Mac harddrive was making some
horrific sounds.

May need new computer.

Was o.k today.

Is there a 12 step group for computer
dependents?

___

Thank you for your follow UP.
The problem has not been solved.

I went to the Task Manager as suggested, but could not see
this LUCOMS~1.EXE.

When I selected end task, I was disconnected and could not
get back to the chat.

I still cannot use Live Update.
I also have Norton Security running.

Any more suggestions?

thank you,
Leslie Goldman
