One day under the belt!

I only juiced once yesterday. I had a glass of cabbage, carrot and ginger juice at 2pm, then I had two big glasses of 2/3 sparkling mineral water and 1/3 pressed cranberry juice later on.
I'd intended to juice again later but I was so tired I went to bed early and I was asleep by 8pm!
This morning I took psyllium and bentonite in water first thing, and I've just juiced carrots, cabbage and beetroot -- about 8oz pure juice.
(I kept the carrot and beet pulp separate and put it in the freezer to use later in school baking.)
I'm feeling a bit "detoxy" - heavy in the limbs. No headache thank goodness.
I didn't use the vegetable broth I thawed yesterday so I'll heat that up for lunch to have with another fresh juice.
