Day 27 and How it's going... Taking time to contemplate and be.

Just a quick entry perhaps - It's day 27 now, nearly time for me to rush off to band practice. Had a great day yesterday - awesome Yoga session, went well with the fast, did eat a small handful of corn chips again with a spoonful of avacado and sour cream. It wasn't much at all - the last few days have been seen me with a few fasting wobbles here and there - eating this little bit the 2nd time around didn't leave me feeling great, nothing too bad, just a slight mmmm nope... and today have done well, but still a bit of that feeling... sometimes a slight - not sure how to describe it - flaky stomach, something... not hunger, but energy going up and down - had a bit more juice today, seems to help a little but not a lot - Had a talk to myself on the drive out to do a few errands and that seemed the best thing. Thought, I have been trucking along with lots on and not much time to just meditate and be.
I realize what I probably do need at this phase of the fast - so deep into it, is to rest more, take little cat nap breaks a couple of times a day - get into my body more often in a gentle way - and the idea of some long walks seems very appealing. More restful gentle time outdoor, and quieting the mind & energies.
I'm kinda rushing along again forgetting the profound state I've entered, and to nourish it by nurturing my fast with awareness of it - time for it - contemplation of it's deep manifold benefits.
Time to go - going to deepen on that note.
