She has midwifed R.W. Knudsen,
that makes numbers of organic juices
and is part of the non-GMO project.

I am looking forward to interviewing
Julia Sabin before long.

We are recommending that every small organic farmer and product company become a member of the OTA today and vote out the board members we have identified that work for companies that profit from GE foods. If the OTA is unable to find new ethical board members in this year's election, a 100% Organic Trade Association must be formed.

Apparently Facebook comments don't get posted, so here goes again:
This article has several problems. The 2011 Spanish study mentioned did not find that there was an equal number of positive and negative papers on GE crops - that is false and widely misreported. What they said (in a poorly written sentence) is that the number of lab groups with positive and negative outlooks has reached an equilibrium since the last survey period. So if 9/10 were positive in 2004 and 9/10 were positive in 2010 then it is at an equilibrium. So they did not find that the number of lab groups were equal, nor the number of studies. Positive studies vastly outweigh the few negative studies that exist. Many of those negative studies suffer from methodological deficiencies that the scientific community continues to point out.

I agree with you Erica that we need to hold the Biotech industry responsible for GMO proliferation. Hopefully we can have a real Dialogue on Science, Ethics, and Food that is long over due. Powerful information is coming out now.
