Most working people have the same complaints these days - no time to eat , rushed office  time , long office hours  and  inadvertent eating out   leading to  acidity , gas ,  bloating  , nausea ,  and  obesity. Many people woefully complain that they hardly eat and yet they are gaining weight. What could be going wrong? The problem is that the food, instead of energizing, is sapping them away of all the energies.
