Chalk up another successful week.  This week I dropped another three-pounds.  This puts me at 209.  I'm thinking that my May 31 goal to be at 190 pounds is attainable.  I have recently added some supplements to my daily regimen.  I'm taking these high potency multi-vitamins (Animal pak) for body builders as well as some high potency fish oil capsules (Flameout) twice a day.  This week I will start with krill oil capsules in the morning and fish oil in the evening.  If you aren't familiar with krill oil, made and patented by NKO, Goggle it.  From what I've researched, this is some powerful stuff.  Last week I also started on some thermogenics and I am having a whey protein drink after my weight-lifting sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.  I think I am also going to start having a protein drink as my last meal of the day, at around 8 pm rather then solid food.  I'll try that for a week or so and see how it goes. I'm still eating incredibly clean, drinking lots of water, and doing my cardio six days a week.  Here are the week 13 results.
