Starting my sec 40 day fast as of now 9/11/07 11:00pm

Fasting all over again .. let's see the accomplishments this one will bring :)

Well a few years ago i completed my first 40 day fast. It was a feeling words can't even describe. It was a major sense of accomplishment and the euphoria that came with it was unreal. The dropping of the jean sizes was just also a plus .. but i felt as if i had my life back and in control from the fasting. A year later i was in a car accident, got laid off from my job cuz of it and fell into a depression and gained more weight that i ever cared to. I managed to get some of it off .. but hopefully with this fast the rest will melt off. I originally planned on starting this fast a few weeks ago .. but due to a family death that didnt exactly happen ..soooo here we go :) Wish me luck ..
