Preparation

Preparation for my juice fast...I know it'll be difficult but I really need to do this. I have to.

Been suffering from binge eating disorder and need to lose weight (and wean myself off of laxatives so I can go to the bathroom on my own!) before I leave for my trip this fall. My ultimate goal is to weigh 120 lbs but I know that's extremely unrealistic to achieve in 2 months (I'm currently 5'6" 165 lbs). But I do hope to weigh 145 before I leave (September 24th). Wish me luck!

Tomorrow will be my first day of the juice fast.
