Early Morning Cleanse

Decided to take first MC drink early.

I just drank my first MC drink of the day. I know, it's early in the morning. I said I would start last night, but decided not to.


Completing the cleanse will be difficult, but not impossible. My roommate is not open to alternative health, nor will ever be.

He thinks buying organic and water filtration is a waste of money. To him, the MC means nothing.

So far, I'm not hungry...but I am tired. Once I wake up, I will do my SWF (Salt Water Flush).
