Vlog Day 16/40 Water Fast
I'm not vlogging today as I realized it had been 10 days since I actually took a day off of working with the computer. Blogging takes 10% of the time the vlog takes.

Hi everybody,
I'm not vlogging today as I realized it had been 10 days since I actually took a day off of working with the computer. Blogging takes 10% of the time the vlog takes.
I slept all day today. 95% of the day, really!
I have to say, my urine was bright yellow at the end of the day, indicating to me that rest really did help move things out.
I might spend tomorrow in bed as well and vlog from my laptop.
I am tired but well. I really need a few days to calm down my crazy pace of work.
