Flushes 11 to 20
History of flushes 11 to 20
Date: 6/6/2007 4:17:06 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 10082 times 11th Flush The 11th flush was carried out on 27th/28th September 2005 two weeks after the 10th. A standard Dr Hulda Clark protocol was adopted but with an addition half dose of olive oil and lemon juice 30 taken minutes after the main dose. The night was fairly comfortable and a cup of Andrews was taken at 4.00am to cure a touch of indigestion. The first bowel movement of the day was at 7.00am which included a tablespoonful of hard green stones the size of fish tank gravel. By the end of the day I had expelled just a few stones but the last bowel movement of the day consisted of about 4 to 5 tablespoons of what I can best describe as beige coloured gritty clay. The following morning I had a normal bowel movement with clumps of this clay mixed in, about another 2 tablespoons and about an hour latter I had a bowel movement which was all looking like peanut brittle but very loose, about 4 tablespoons. Two pieces are illustrated here: Also loads more of “rolled up tomato skin”.
The next morning, the third after flushing, I would normally be back to normal and in many respects I had a normal stool but embedded through out it were white clumps of “old putty” stones as illustrated on the right. I phone my local surgery for an appointment to show my doctor the stones because I was very worried. He was amazed and suggested I had some blood test and an ultra-scan to check my liver and Gall bladder. I believe that there is a place for natural and modern health care working together and it would be nice to see if anything shows up in the test. I have not told my doctor anything about liver flushing and may do because I believe he would think that I need mental as well as physical care. I have not had very good experiences with my care from using convention medicines; enough said. What came out? 1 white putty 2.5cm (Possibly faecal matter) 2 stones bigger than 1 cm 4 stones pea sized 2 tablespoon of small stones 10 tablespoons of “gritty clay” and loose stones like “peanut brittle”
I have revised my view that the white stone and "peanut brittle" waste may not be gallstones but faecal matter, liver stones or a product of the flush.
Parasite Cleanse
On September 26 2005 I commenced a 16 day parasite cleanse using wormwood capsules, clove capsules and black walnut hull tincture to make sure that I was clear of troublesome pest. I was concerned about he continued presence of red “tomato rolled up skins” in my flushes and decided it was better to just carry out cleanse whether it was necessary or not. | Completed the Parasite cleanse on 13th October 2005 and there were no visible signs of any flukes or worms. I had become extremely tired over the parasite cleansing period and the only unique difference from my usual self was a very red saw anus. I will stuck with the maintenance programme one a week on Fridays consisting of 7 capsules of cloves before main meal (with water), 6 ml black walnut hull tincture in half cup of water before main meal and 3 clove capsules with water before supper.
12th Flush Carried out directly after parasite cleanse on 17th and 18th October 2005 with a Hulda Clark protocol except that the olive oil and lemon juice is followed 30 minutes later with a half dose of the same. Nothing in particular to report about the flush and very little was expelled except for some small soft light green stones and chaff. Since the worrying episode before and during the 11th flush my digestive system has been fine and despite eating the same as always I have started to put on some weight. I think is an indication of a better functioning and more efficient digestive system. What came out? 1 tablespoon of small stones and chaff. 13th Flush I tried a Dave Frahm liver flush on 27 October 2005 as an experiment. I ate plenty of food that contains malic acid for the preceding week and on the day of the flush only bland, non-refined, non-fatty food up to 3.00 pm. At 6.00 pm I drank 2 oz of olive oil mixed with 4 oz of fresh lemon juice and laid down for 30 minutes on my right side, keeping my right knee as close to my chest as possible. At 8.30 pm I drank a cup of water with two teaspoons of magnesium citrate (Andrews liver salts). In the morning I passed a normal bowel movement with about a tablespoon of “hepatic gravel”. Unfortunately the debris from the liver is difficult to see because it is fully incorporated in the bowel movement. The unobtrusive nature of this method is a big advantage. In reflection I am not happy with this method of flushing purely on the basis that it is over difficult to monitor the output. What came out? 1 tablespoon of chaff. 14th Flush
On the 31st October/1st November I carried out a Hulda Clark protocol flush to the letter. I was expecting some stones because I felt their movement when I lying on my back after the concoction of olive oil and lemon juice. The next morning I passed a few soft green stones and a little chaff amounting to about a tablespoon. I the evening and again the morning of the third day I expelled some hard white stones, pictured here, that have a green interior and float and a large 2cm green stone. Thee white stones look as if they have a thin coating of calcium. I noticed that the large green stone has the remains of what looks like a red parasite and very similar to the “red tomato skins”. One has to be careful not to jump to conclusion about parasite it may be some food waste caught up in the stone.
I have also observed that since carrying out a thorough parasite cleanse I no longer see any “red tomato skins” in the flush waste. What came out? 1 2cm green stone 8 white stones about 1 cm diameter 16 white stones about 0.5cm diameter 1 tablespoon white gravel 1 tablespoon of chaff and small soft green stones
15th Flush Following two weeks rest my fifteenth liver flush was carried out on 15th/16th November 2005 using a standard Hulda Clark protocol. I also drank a litre of fresh apple juice a day for three days leading up to the flush. I felt a very acute pain on the right side after drinking the olive oil and lemon juice potion after which I had a reasonably good night sleep until 03.30 am when I awoke with a little nausea and acid indigestion. While thinking about taking something to settle it down I went back of to sleep so it wasn’t that bad. I did not expel anything significant by the end of the flush except for a couple of 5mm sized green cholesterol stones and about half a tablespoon of chaff. I shall increase the interval to the next flush to 3 weeks. What came out? 2/3 tablespoon of chaff and small soft green stones Ultra-sound examination On the 25th November 2005 I attended an ultra-sound examination of my bowel and organs. I was pleased to hear that my liver was absolutely clear but this was no surprise considering the amount of congestive debris I had expelled over the last 5 months. The big question was whether I had any gall stones but the radiologist said than the gall bladder was so congested with sludge that she was unable to determine from the image if any stones were present. I will have to continue to flush in order to clear the gall bladder of the sludge and just hope that any stones will come out at the same time. 16th Flush I was very concerned about the news from the radiographer following an ultra-sound that my Gall Bladder full of biliary sludge that I started thinking how I could clear it out. I concluded that I was pretty much clear of stones and consequently if I flushed again that I wouldn’t need to use Epson salts. However, I would need to make sure that the gall bladder was pumped as much as possible to clear the sludge. Biliary Sludge is a real medical condition when the bile thickens into a thick gel. It can appear and disappear but is also though to be a precondition to the formation of gallstones. Gallbladder stasis (impaired gallbladder contractility) leading to bile stasis (bile not flowing in and out of the gallbladder freely) and sludge also can develop in association with spinal cord injury and a number of other conditions. Not only is the gallbladder full of stones but it is also very difficult to flush them out because of a poor contraction and this may be a reason why stones are given up so reluctantly. It also gives rise to the term "stale bile" to describe the bile it the gallbladder that isn't replaced regularly because of impaired gallbladder contraction. On the 5th December I followed the following protocol. I ate normally until lunch at midday and had cup of tea as I usually would at 3.00 pm. At 5.30 pm which would be the normal time that I would eat my evening meal I drank 5 fluid ounces of olive oil and 5 fluid ounces of fresh lemon juice. I made my self warm and comfortable laying on my back on the floor watching some TV for 30 minutes and then carried on per usual. At 8.00 pm I had some slight indigestion so I took 1tsp of Andrew’s liver salts in a cup of warm water. At 10.30 pm I got ready for bed and drank another potion of 5 fluid ounces olive oil and 5 fluid ounces fresh lemon juice and lay on my back for 30 minutes. It was a bit difficult to drink this second potion but once it was down it didn’t try to come back up. I drifted off the sleep while listening to my stomach making noises like a broken down central heating system. I had a lovely night full of pleasant dreams and I was only conscious of very slight indigestion and finally woke at 8.00 am the next morning. I felt good and had breakfast, tea and muesli, until at 9.00 am I had to visit the toilet. The stool consisted of my normal waste from the previous day followed by about a cupful of sandy coloured gelatinous sludge. There wasn’t any sign of green stones but there was some green slime and a few very small black hard stones just a couple of millimetres diameter but most of it was like gloopy peas pudding. I felt very good and for the first time this winter I was warm, the horrible cold feeling in my chest, like a having a ice brick next to the heart, had reduced, so had the cold hands and legs and all I had left was some cold and tingling on the soles of my feet. My mood is quiet, calm and contented. I hope a pray that this is a defining and pivotal day in my recovery to full health.
On 9th December 2005, 84 hrs after flushing I passed a number of hard clay like white stones, like old chewing gum. A few examples are shown in the picture, which were the largest ones. I am unsure if they are gallbladder sludge concentration or if they were compacted in the gut, however, I am sure that it was nothing I ate. There was also a large amount small stones and gravel embedded within a normal bowel movement.
What came out? 1 sludge stone greater than 2 cm 8 sludge stones greater than 1 cm Unable to innumerate the stones greater than 0.5 cm. 1 cupful of sludge and chaff (250ml) Appointment with General Practitioner On the 12th December I was still passing a few small white pieces of sludge and some mucus. It was the day I returned to my Doctor to discuss the results of the blood test and ultra-sound. The blood tests were normal but my cholesterol level had dropped from 7.1 mmol (274 mg/dl) to 5.7 mmol (220 mg/dl). He reiterated what the radiologist told me at the hospital, that my gall bladder was full of sludge and that they could not confirm the existence of stones. I said that I think the stones might be coming out on their own as I was noticing some green and white ones in the stools. He didn’t have a clue what they were so I didn’t’ say anything more. The whole flushing thing would have blown his mind and I would have been carried away in a padded truck. We agreed to wait and if the gall bladder attacks reoccurred he would schedule another ultra-sound. I think that two important lessons can be learned from this:
- Flushing lowered my cholesterol by 20%.
- The ultra-sound did not detect stones that I expelled a week 2 weeks later even though 9 of them were greater than 1 cm diameter.
17th Flush The 17th flush was carried out on 2nd/3rd January 2006 using the following protocol: Nothing to eat or beverages after 15.00 hrs on the day of the flush. Small Epson salts (1 teaspoon in 1 cup of warm water) at 16.30. First potion of olive oil (4oz) and lemon juice (4oz) at 18.00 hrs lying down relaxing on floor. Second potion of olive oil (4oz) and lemon juice (4oz) at 23.00 hrs lying in bed, followed by sleep. There wasn’t any follow-up Epsom salts just plenty of liquids and a simple breakfast of porridge. I did have quite a short sharp pain in the gallbladder region following the second potion of olive oil and lemon juice. I slept very well with just a little indigestion when I turn only my side and woke at 7.00am. The first bowel movement at 8.30 was completely normal. The only side effect, which I seem to get after each liver flush are burning itchy red eyes and a slight tenderness in the liver area. I had my second bowel movement at 15.00hrs, no butt-pea with this method and expelled a crop of stones some of which are pictured here. They are all fairly soft and soapy except for the darker stones, which are hard.
On the third day I broke out in eczema on my forehead, around my ears and under my hair and took plenty of salt water to help flush the toxins out of the system. What came out? 11 Green stones greater than 1cm 12 green stones greater then 0.5cm 1 tablespoon of chaff and small stones On the 23 January I signed on at a local council gymnasium scheme to help people with medical problems get back to fitness under the guidance of properly trained staff. 18th Flush The 18th liver flush was performed on 24th/25th January 2006, 3 weeks after the previous one. Epsom salts were taken at 6.00pm and 8.00pm. I prepared a potion consisting of 8 fluid ounces of fresh lemon juice which was put in a blender with 4 ounces of fresh ginger root and two teaspoons of turmeric. This was liquidised and then strained through a nylon sieve. This resulting mixture was poured equally into two jars. Into each jar I pored 4 fluid ounces of olive oil and the lids of the jars secured. At 10.00pm one of the jars containing the potion was shaken violently to produce a fine emulsion and drank immediate. Afterwards I lay-out in the sitting room 30 minutes watching a bit of TV. At 12.00pm midnight I retired to bed and just before I got between the covers I consumed the second potion in the manner as the first. I lay on my back for 30 minutes and must have fallen to sleep because when I awoke it was 8.30am. I immediate arose and took some Epson salts and an hour later started drinking lots of fluid. I included the ginger root and turmeric in the potion because I have read that they have a beneficial effect on the biliary system. They both increase the flow of bile by amplifying the gall bladder reflex and ginger is also important in reducing nausea which can be associated with consuming the olive oil potion. Official sources warn against taking both these herbs if one suffers from gall stones because they increase bile secretion but this warning can be ignored as part of a flushing protocol. I really wanted to use Dandelion root because following results of clinical and laboratory research, reported in Hobbs (1985) it doubles the bile output with leaf extracts, and a quadruples the bile output with root extract. As a side issue a reduction in serum cholesterol and urine bilirubin levels by as much as half in humans with severe liver imbalances has been demonstrated by Italian researchers. I found the two potions remarkably easy to drink and had no indigestion at all so maybe the herbs were doing their work but it difficult to tell on the evidence of one flush. My first bowel movement was at 9.00am followed by the usual multiple visits up to lunch time as the Epson salts worked its way through. I passed around a dozen small stones one 1 cm in size and nothing in the way of other debris. I am very pleased that, fingers crossed, I may be getting clear and can go onto the maintenance programme but later at 17.30pm, as the second dose of Epsom salts became productive, I passed a great deal of small hard stones. They were mostly 2 to 3 mm in size with a few larger ones thrown in and amounted to about 2 tablespoons capacity.
My bowel movement on the third day revealed another small crop of rather smelly dull green gallstones. The only minor side effect to record and that has been common to other flushes is my eyes sting and feel dry and gritty by four; thankfully, not as bad this time. What came out? 3 Green stones greater than 1cm 15 green stones greater then 0.5cm 2 tablespoons of chaff and small stones 19th Liver flush This flush was performed on the 14th and 15th of February 2006; a St Valentines Day Flush. In the afternoon I went to the gymnasium and exercised for 2hrs to increase my metabolism. I took the full dose of Epsom salts at 6 and 8 pm. The flushing potion was produced by squeezing 4 fluid ounces of freshly squeezed lemon juice into a jar and adding to this a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and another of freshly grated dandelion root. The concoction was mixed well after which was added 4 fluid ounces of olive oil. The jar lid was then secured and the potion left until it was need. Two of the potions were made. The first potion was consumed at 10.00pm and I laid on my back feeling after 20 minutes the sensation of stones moving down the biliary duct. I consumed the second immediately after retiring to bed at 11.20pm. I went to sleep straight away and awoke at 07.40am the next morning. At 9.00am the following day I had my usual first albeit very soft bowel movement and later, throughout the morning I expelled about some green stones up to 1 cm in size and some smaller stones and hepatic debris. The stones are sandy or dark green and solid.
At 10.00pm in the evening of the second day 30 minutes after eating an apple I had a biliary colic attack; very acute onset and extremely intense. I took a tablespoon of Epson salts in a cup of warm water immediately and as it was late I went to bed. I found the most comfortable position on my right side and drifted in and out of sleep until about 12.00 midnight when I noticed that the pain was gone and I then slept without interruption until the morning. I suppose we have to deal with these emergencies when we are flushing with a very congested gallbladder full of biliary sludge. It reminded me of what I had to endure on a regular basis before I commence liver flushing. My main thought about this little test of resolve was did the blockage causing the pain come out or go back in? My bowel movement on the morning of the third day revealed about a tablespoon of chaff which was the remnant of the flush but no signs of anything from the previous evening when I suffered the biliary colic attack. However, this finally showed itself on morning of the forth day when I expelled a crop of semi digested stones with that familiar smell of cholesterol. Following this flush there were no itchy red eyes or any other negative symptoms just an internal feeling of wellbeing. What came out? 2 Green stones greater than 1cm 10 green stones greater then 0.5cm 1 tablespoon of chaff and small stones 20th Flush It is the 28th February and I would never have thought back in June of 2005 that I would still be flushing my gallbladder 9 month and a litre of gallstones later. I visited the gymnasium in the after a performed a good cardiovascular, weights a stretch routine for 1.5 hours to build up metabolism, which increases bile production. I took my potion; just one this time consisting of 5.5 fluid ounces of olive and 5.5 fluid ounces of lemon juice with a heaped teaspoon of ground turmeric and the juice from 4 ounces of fresh ginger root. It was preceded by two separate doses of Epsom salts as per the standard Hulda Clark liver flush protocol. At 10.45 whilst lying in bed I felt the reflex contraction of my gallbladder after which I fell fast asleep until I awoke at 6.45 am the next morning. I consumed a dose of Epsom salts at 7.30 am followed by another at 9.00am and at 10.00am I started drinking plenty of fluid. I felt good the whole time; no nausea, reflux, indigestion or any negative whatsoever. I had two bowel movements in the day, which yielded a surprisingly large number of stones of which some where quite large about 1 cm in size. They were a mixture of green cholesterol gallstones and what I call sandy coloured sludge gravel. These are shown in the left-hand picture scan. The big surprise can on the morning of the third day because my bowel movement was pigmented red from a temporary imbalance in biliary functioning but also was an even larger amount of rancid biliary sludge amounting to about which is illustrated in the right-hand picture.
