I couldn't get up this morning if my life depended on it.
I'm super tired. Drank the lax. tea before i went to bed and had to get up a few times in the middle of the night.

I'm also a little dizzy today. I don't think i'm drinking enough water.
No cravings today. I just want something to chew on.
It doesn't help that my favorite channel is the food network. UGH!
Well i'm off to keep myself busy!
