Day 11 and yesterday was my birthday and i got through it great! the test is going to be tonight when everyone is over here and they bring munchies and wine but i am just going to make some great juice and sip on it awhile. i got some fruit to juice because i mostly drink veggies but i figured i needed a little sweetness to get me over this hump! anywho, been drinking apple cider with vinegar (organic and with the "mother") for the past couple of days and it really kinda hurts my tummy for about 30 minutes after but then i feel better....thinking of doing a SWF starting tommorrow as i already have Himalayan salt but i have never done one before so i am a little nervous....been looking into oil pulling for after the fast..found some really interesting stuff...ahhh so many adventures, so little time! hope everyone has a good weekend and i will persevere!
