Day 3

day three of the MC is trying me but I'm persevering

Day 3 is almost to an end and ive had hunger pains but have stuck to my guns. even went to the movies today without eating. i truly hope after the 3day hump the hunger pains go away.

any feedback or advice is welcomed. im actually proud of myself for the self discipline ive had thus far. i keep looking forward to the end results!
