Master Cleanse - Day 1
Master Cleanse Day 1

I have been a junk food eater since I started school (1st grade) When I say junk food eater, I mean, I never really ate real food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner consisted of chips, cookies, cakes and anything else. I've always been active so while I am not thin, I am not overweight. But weight does not mean someone is healthy. I decided to do the cleanse because I've been plagued by ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, sinusitis, acid reflux and a crap load of other digestive problems so I decided it was time to treat my body with respect and begin a healthier lifestyle. First I need to allow my body to cleanse and heal so thus is the beginning of my journey. I am actually on day 5 and just found Curezone so I made a blog and will have to post a bit to catch up.
Day 1 was great. I felt light. No hunger. No headaches (i stopped caffeine two weeks ago). I attempted to start 3 weeks ago but was taking caffeine and had stopped a few days before but the headaches were unbearable and I had to stop.
Tip #1 - I will call these limiting factors: Caffeine, alcohol, perscription drugs, cigarettes etc should be stopped a few weeks in advance or it will be very undercomfortable once the body starts dumping those toxins in te blood and may make it extremely difficult to get past the first few days. To make the transition easier look on Curezone for a Pre-Detox regime which usually includes cutting out refined sugars, caffeine etc and eating lots of liver boosting foods prior to the actual Master Cleanse to make it easy for you.
This time around Day 1 went with ease. I drank 7 lemonades with Grade B syrup, recommended amound of cayenne and two tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice. I didn't start the SWF (salt water flush) or tea because I wanted to see how things went today before the unpleasantness of the salt water or tea. But I suggest to do it on the first day as recommended. I didn't have cravings and I drank the lemondae every 2 - 3 hours. Peace of cake (not literally) and I went to bed feeling clear and light and in great spirits.
