Waking up and feeling like everything is about to explode out of you is not a nice feeling and one I could of done without so early in the morning !! i managed to jump my way crossed legged to the toilet saftly! haha , least i know its doing something i guess, i dindt think stuff would still be coming out but it is. straight after that it was up and at em' and down with the salt water, it didnt taste anywhere near as bad today hopefully will taste even less bad tomrow. I didnt throw it up this time either, think it was just cos my stomach was all churned up from drinking the night before it didnt react so kindly to being bombared with salt water on the first day! but after another 4 bowel movements i set to go for the day again.
Day two was way worse than day one on the craving front, i never wanted nachoes and marinate chicken so much in my life as i did on day two! my stomachs starting to rumble as well i know i just needed to drink more but i was so hungery!!! i hope the cravings stop soon or else i wont make the ten days , i know i know be strong stay in there ! you can do it ! BUT IM SO HUNGRY!!
