Date: 11/9/2006 9:27:30 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2316 times Okay I'm all caught up now. This blog is about day 3, written on day three! (thursday) WOW. now all i need to do is to stay on top of this bad boy. which shouldn't be hard because these past three days have been THE LONGEST DAYS OF MY LIFE!! seriously, i can't believe only 3 days have gone by.
anyway, today was not bad at all. although it's not over. the hardest part is now, actually. soo... uhhh... about that. haha i'm gonna go barricade myself at my friend's house where we will watch the oc, grey's and a bunch of other TV shows to keep my mind off of this!
But again I had class all day, so I didn't get to think about the cleanse much. I drank the salt water today through A STRAW! try it. i just put the straw as far back into my mouth as i can, that way you don't taste the salt as much. it totally worked, and today the salt water was only just slightly unbearable. I then tried it with the lemonade, too, and that helped also! it didn't burn as much. :D
okay, i just gotta say, boy did that salt water work it's magic today. this is probably too much information, but i'm gonna say it anyways. my BM was DIIIIISGUSTING. lots of toxins in that sucker.
speaking of grosss, i also was reading that your tounge starts to get this coating on it, because of all the toxins. and when your tounge turns pink again, then the cleanse is done. so hopefully i see some pink pretty soon!! but no matter what, I'm for sure doing this for 10 days, maybe 14. definately not 15 though because if i go for 14, then i have tuesday the 21 as my orange juice day, wednesday the 22 as my salad and soup day, and then thursday the 24 as THANKSGIVING!!! yippeeeeeeee that is gonna be sooooo guhddddd.
maybe i'll dream about thanksgiving dinner again. that was one of my food dreams that i've been having. it was glorious.
okay today's stats:
lemonade: like 3-4 cups so far, probably gonna try to do 2 more.
BM: 1... suuuuuper yucky
salt water: check!
