a short while ago, I took my favorite winter jacket out of summer storage, and eagerly put it on - only to feel the frustration of obesity make it not fit. Nevertheless, I love the jacket, and wore it anyway, unable to close it over my annoyingly large gut.

Today, I wore the favored jacket once more, and whilst out in the rain, gathered it up around me, and it fit. Not only did it fit, I could zip it up, with room to spare.

I am shrinking fast, and feeling happy about it.

Today's food was a bit less than yesterday's and I still feel strong, with no episodes to regret my choice of food.
