I want to share with you my own experiment. I have been to the doctors they said i had an ulcer in my colon. They said not much could be done gave me some antibiotics. None of what they did worked. My opinion is you had better save your money and research your own cure, that is what I did.
I was in China For 5 years. Teaching English. The food there is tasty but full of oils, hydrogenated kinds, also lots of preservatives and the waters, well who knows. The standards for health are much lower then they should be. After 5 years of that and getting sick from food poisoning at least 4 times and haveing to take antibiotics , it has taken it's toll. Bleeding of the bowels, loose stool, having to go to the bathroom after any food entering in the mouth, haveing to use the toilet just to pass gas. Lack of energy and unmotivated. stuck inside the house. Do these symtoms sound familiar to any of you?
Six months later I am writing this blog to tell you what has worked for me. I found bentonite clay does work ( I ate it 1 table spoon a day for about three days in a row , skipped a few days then again , I still use it , also us it in baths , it will suck the toxic stuff out of your skin ). My wife found wheat grass juice. I take four to six ounces a day sometimes less. Wheat grass and celery together gave me so much energy and health. I stopped eating starches like potatoes and bread for a few weeks( there is a difference between eating wheat bread and drinking the wheat grass ) in fact leaving the starches for just one or two days made all the difference. What an energy rush I felt! Eating only fruit and nuts in the morning and eating vegtables and some meat at noon( I ate a salad with cottage cheese and ground up flax seeds black olives before the main coarse at every noon meal if possible). I cut my meals down to two a day for a while till my body felt better and if i needed the extra engery would eat a third usually light fruits or drink fresh juice.
gardening was helpful I am now growing my own stuff the exercise I get from growing my own food gives me some purpose.
The bleeding has stopped the uncontroled bathroom urge is controlled. I feel much better and continue to use the life style change. I think Listening to your heart or gut feelings help. I stayed away from most all refined foods. I am sure I have more toxins in this body. but The most important thing is not to give up and fined what works.
