Day 2 of Juice Fast
Date: 10/4/2006 8:59:27 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3155 times Alright. I made it to day 2. The agonzing day 1 is OVER. It is always the hardest...you have the reluctance to go back. I am sure I will finish this. I do not have any other choices. Today, I had my a little carrot juice, tea, hoodia, la crox water. I tried broth, but it tasted terrible. Basically, I will be fasting until I leave for home around Thanksgiving. My philosophy is to take one moment at a time...one day at a time. I can and will do this. I want to change my life and this is the first step. I have done a 6-day juice fast...and trust me...I know what it feels like to just want to eat something. I know it will get harder, but the longer I continue, the easier it will get. I am sorry I am so tired, but I will try to write more tomorrow. Ciao.
