I have been toying with starting a new cleanse for about the last month. Finally decided yesterday I have had enough. My digestive system isn't loving me, so I am going to win it back.
Started taking Natrol bio-bead bacteria this morning. Ate one cup of cream top organic yogurt, plain, at about 8am; second cup about noon. Other than that I have had three 12 ounce bottles of water, and two ten ounce cups of tea with about one tablespoon of milk in each.
Got on the Gazelle and did that for 15 minutes while watching the news. Not exactly restful.
Otherwise it is just work work work. If I can I want to get to yoga at 3:30.
I have been completely unfaithful to yoga, and that is really bothering me. I know my stress levels go way down when I make it to yoga regularly. I haven't ridden my bicycle since the weather turned abominably hot last month.
I hope to move into a ten day master cleanse and mix some days of fasting in throughout this session. I hold to the definition of fasting as eating and drinking nothing. Everything else is a restricted diet of some kind. Water, juice, monodiet, whathaveyou.
I will try to give as much detail as I can, and welcome input!
