Mission Impossible? I think Not!
Day Before My Fast :-)
Date: 6/30/2006 12:21:32 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2538 times I'm really determined this time to do a long term fast, once I make it to 20 days, depending on how I feel I might extend it. I've done several short fasts, a couple of days long, but I want to ideally lose about 15 to 20 pounds doing the fast and fit into these jeans I can almost button up. Hehehe. I'm going to try and do 30 min to 1 hour of walking everyday. I really want to stop this addictive hold food seems to have on me and truly take control of my body :-) I can do it, yay, here I gooooo.....
