It's true, brothers and sisters. . .

Yes, we are left with memories of a voice that we will never quite hear the likes of again in this lifetime. . .no one could mistake that voice. . .it called out to you like an old friend of long ago. . .no voice is the same as Harpo's. There was something special about the way he said the word "heart". . .he made it sound as though it had three syllables and it kinda entered into your own heart and made it beat better than before. . .you know Harpo? A friend like Harpo could change the way life was going. . .oh sure, life would go on anyway, but to know Harpo made life special, SPECIAL like learning to fly when you thought it was impossible. . .learning to talk to God personally like he was your best friend made everyday an adventure with Harpo. . .exciting things, magical things happened when you took a walk with Harpo. . .trees had names and they listened intently to every prayer spoken aloud. . .every carrot knew it was blessed and cared for, every parseley sprig knew what it's purpose was, . . every seed was saved for a later day, all living things were welcomed to the banquet table where Harpo presided eloquently as the people's apostle, our tribal elder, our loving friend . . .yes, F R I E N D. He took care of the homeless, the runaways, the derelicts, the poor, the hungry. . .He fed the sheep, he walked the walk of a saint, though he was not a saint . . .or was he? Yes, of course, he was, though he disguised himself, for he would never call attention to himself and the deeds he performed daily. But I knew Harpo, and I saw the compassion he had for his fellow man. Feed the hungry, give shelter to some poor soul whose life was going down the tubes, read the Bible, point the Way, offer Hope. . .yes, we all need a Harpo in our lives, and he was there and you could count on him to be there 100%. He was a constant giver always looking up, cheering you on to bigger and greater things awaiting discovery. . .he showed me a big, big, GOD.
He knew it would be hard for us to find our way, but he showed us the best he could. He had a golden voice. . .one that I will listen for when I reach the other side. . .knowing full well that he will be there to greet me. . . with all his "heart" and soul. . .i love you, i Love You, I LOVE YOU, HARPO!!!
