Date: 4/19/2006 3:49:22 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2165 times so after weeks of planning and preparing myself for this fast, the time has come to actually stop talking about it and actually do it. i've prepared the folks around me for what might be in store and have asked for their support. (i've also told everyone that i don't care if you think i'm crazy, just don't tell me that!) so i started me day off at the gym as usual. however i kept it low key today and just walked on the treadmill, nothing major. i know you're not suppose to exercise, but i can't not. breakfast was a nice glass of orange/pineapple/mango juice - yummy! i also juiced some peaches & grapes to bring with me to drink at work. i'm doing this fast with a co-worker so we've been motivating each other throughout the day. i wasn't feeling all that bad, but right around 3pm, i started to crash (as i normally do - however i'd usually go get something to eat to perk me up) so i'm a little tired now and can't wait to get home. i've been drinking a ton of water w/ lemon and have been in the bathrrom probably once an hour. i was getting little headaches every so often, but nothing major. tonight i'm going to head home and have some lovely veggie juice and maybe get a little yoga in. i'll probably be in bed extra early tonight. i'm really dreading tomorrow and day 3 - from what i've read they seem to be the worst. oh well. i really hope i can make it the whole week. it's like me just proving to myself that i can do it.
