Date: 8/7/2007 3:00:53 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2077 times Alright, today is day one (as so many day ones start)and I have already went running and powerwalked for an hour.
Although I am posting on the fasting board, I am doing a full fast, but a partial fast. I fast with water throughout the day then at 4pm eat a low cal meal around 200 to 300 cals because I go running again at night. This cycle I hope to keep up til August 31st and will only weigh myself weekly not daily. So, next week August 13, I will weigh and post any weight changes. But I will post on this blog daily of my workouts and menu plans.
