I am very lucky to be on holiday for the firsr 5 days of my fast! I bassically slept all afternoon because of lack of energy....then when i woke i was SOOOOO bloody hungry. I almost ate in my sleep without realising what i am doing!

I feel like a tense irretetion ball on to legs walkin around tha house grumblin ...i guess thats part of the detox cycle.
I cant believe I actually lasted a day!
Looking forward to my day 2.
