Democrats and Liberals were behind Nifong 100% Mike Nifong, the disgraced and disbarred former North Carolina prosecutor, posed for this Durham County Sheriff's Office mug shot in September 2007 after surrendering to serve a 24-hour sentence stemming from his disastrous handling of the rape case against three Duke University lacrosse players.
