The wife of a District Court judge has been found guilty of drunken driving and criminal endangerment, after driving on the wrong side of Interstate 94 for about 80 miles last year.
she was fined $80. Imagine if she were black? or an average shmoe?

A District Court jury convicted 51-year-old Beverly Cybulski Friday, exactly one year after her arrest. Cybulski, the wife of District Judge David Cybulski, pleaded guilty in February to the wrong-way driving charge, but fought the other two charges.
The Plentywood woman was stopped after numerous people called to say a car was driving the wrong way on the interstate from Miles City to Glendive. Prosecutors said Cybulski ignored emergency lights and sirens, and an officer had to pull his car in front of hers to get her to stop.
Miles City Police Sergeant Dan Davis reported detecting a strong odor of alcohol and said Cybulski's motor skills were diminished at the time of her arrest. She refused a breath test.
