PRESSURE CENTER WAS LOCATED OVER SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT NEAR OLD
LYME. ITS ACCOMPANYING COLD FRONT HAS CLEARED THE EAST COAST.
PRECIPITATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS STORM CONTINUES TO ROTATE
AROUND THE SURFACE LOW AND IS FALLING AS RAIN ACROSS THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST...NORTHEASTWARD TO COASTAL MAINE. COLD AIR TO THE
NORTH AND WEST OF THIS LOW HAS ALLOWED FOR SNOW TO FALL ACROSS
MUCH OF NEW YORK AND PENNSYLVANIA.
ALTHOUGH THE SURFACE LOW IS WEAKENING...IT WILL CONTINUE TO BRING
A VARIETY OF WEATHER TO THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED STATES. THE HEAVY
RAIN...SNOW...AND STRONG WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH OVER THE
NEXT 24 HOURS.
