Pounds keep shedding
Date: 4/7/2006 12:55:29 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1502 times Yesterday I had a few temptations not "hungry" but cravings. This is a lesson that we're not really hungry the majority of the time but craving things. When we start to get the headache and all of the extra stuff that's the detox. I haven't had a headache yet though. What I did do last night was vomit. Before I started fasting I had this reflux thing burning in my throat every day. Yesterday it got so bad that I tried to eat some baking soda. The moment it hit my tongue I was in the bathroom barfing. At first it was not but water (duhhh) however, then there came the coffee grain looking dried up blood. It freaked me out but I wasn't too freaked out. I knew that it wasn't the fast that was doing it. I looked online to see what the problem might have been and I think I might have GERD. That sucks though big time. Anyway, day two is over and day three is here.
