Taking on the raw
weight loss and well being

Yesterday I drank only water and did great, I had lots of energy and felt at peace with my decisions to do this.
In this blog I will tell everyone day to day how I feel, how my hunger is and any other questions I can possibly answer about my journey.
The reason for this journey is so that I can take back my life and treat food the weigh it needs to be treated. I don't eat too bad or very much, but I guess that the food that I do eat even though it's good for me, I eat too much of it.
The reason for my water fasting only every other day and vegetables on non fasting days is because I know that when fasting with water, you metabolism gets really slow. So, to try and bypass that......I will be eating. Though very little and only raw, I hope to still lose weight. I don't have much to lose, only about 15lbs., but I want to get there knowing that I have not completely sabotaging my metabolism.
I will be working out on my treadmill, stability ball, stepper,pilates, and bowflex.
Anything that I say in this blog is not intended for advice in any way adn should not be misconstrued.
I would appreciate any support that anyone would like to offer and tips along the way.

April 3- 1 gallon of water and 30 mins on my stepper and 30 mins. on my treadmill.
April 4- I will drink one gallon of water and have only cucumbers and brocolli and I have already done 30 mins. on the treadmill and don't plan on doing any other form of hard exercise.
Measurements and weight will be in lbs. and inches.
Beginning weight: 140
Waist: 29"
Hips : 40" (gotta get that down :) )
thighs:22"
Bust : 36"
calves:12"
Arms: 11.5"
So, now that it's out there.............
I might as well get off my butt and do it.
