Day Five and Six
the good and the bad

My fifth day of my juicing should have been a lot easier than what it was. I was going to do some cleaning and a little bit of exercising. That went out of the window real fast. I had to go the hospital for seven hours in the evening. I am an Auntie again!!! One of my brothers and his wife had their first baby. The baby was so cute.
But this trip to the hospital offered plenty of ways to go off the fast. First, in the waiting room was a big snack machine. they had all the things i like from animal crackers to chips. Then i went out and got everyone some food from a burger joint. It semlled so good. But i stayed away. The biggest problem was that because I was in the hospital so long I didnt have any juice for supper. I was feeling pretty sick by the end of the night.
I do commend anyone that has to cook for their families. I know that I wouldnt be to do that. That puts temptation way too close!
I woke up today... 6th day. I weighed myself and I am down by 14 pounds. energy levels are pretty good. I am not in the mood for juice today. Not really in the mood for anything. I just wish i could crawl into bed. Work is kind of slow so I think I will look up some more information on the internet. Might write more later!
