Oufff, each new fast is such a new experience, i love it, so challenging too!
I didnt weight as i am travelling and so i wont know how many kgs ill loose but i already feel some pants larger :)))
This is so sweet feeling to feel clearer and lighter..:)))
This morning i felt my inner joy alive for the 1st time in days..weeks !!!!!!
This is so good to feel on the right tracks, to feel strong again, as when we are able to master our minds and body, this shows our determination and will power...
We all can make it!!!!
Nothing's impossible for the one who wants!
