Day 5: Wavering...Slightly Wavering..
Bad thoughts.. bad thoughts!!!! smacks herself
Date: 2/25/2006 3:11:39 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3014 times Although I haven't been surrounded by food and restaurants and the like today, I found myself contemplating giving it up.
Then I remembered that I am trying to develop more discipline and was able to firmly put that idea out of my head.
I am feeling slightly weak today but I can trace that directly to last nights workout. It is specifically concentrated on the various muscles that I used during kata and kumite. But at least I'm not bruising at all.. I hope that's a good thing.
I've also noticed that my skin has cleared up too. My face has a slight blotchy undertone while I'm eating so-called 'normal' food but right now it has a very nice even and smooth look to it. And my eyes don't have the darkness under them now. Finally.
My water intake isn't quite where it should be though. I need to go through at least 1 more litre a day than I actually do. But it's hard 'cause I just don't drink water unless I'm thirsty.
It's really late tonight so will have to sign off now. Thankfully it's Friday.. er Saturday morning!! ;)

PS: Olympics now officially annoy me (even though we got our 20th metal!! Go us!)
