Day 4
Going great so far. I am like half way through.
Date: 12/4/2005 6:06:58 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1701 times I am so excited. It is Sunday evening and Im feeling so good! Thank God for Jesus!! I definately could not do this of my own strength.
Yesterday (Saturday) was good. Hubby took care of all meals for the kids and himself, so I stayed out of the kitchen and off my feet except to make my L'ade and get some water. I have been doing skin brushing also.
Today (Sunday) was good too. Hubby made breakfast and took the kids for lunch. After church I went downstairs to the lounge to say hello and they had so much pastries down there as usual, needless to say it was so repulsive. I always fail to see why people put all that sugar, white flour and un-natural juice in their bodies and wonder why they are sick! - Beats me.
Well, I am definately looking forward to tomorrow. I think Ill do an enema tomorrow.
It's 7pm and I think Ill retire for the night.
