I have always heard that you lose inches before weight so that's probably the case. Here they are...

All I need to do is quit sneaking food and I'd be doing a lot better!! I've been walking on the treadmill like crazy..I walked over 250 calories off and 2 miles today..but I had to because I ate some of those chicken flavored crackers (my husband doesn't help me any when he goes grocery shopping and some things I just can't help myself- good thing there wasn't cheeze wiz too!) I'm going to keep trying until I get this right!!
