My name is Rebekah and I am just giving this blog a try. I am a Spirit-filled Christian and I want to do more missionary work. Those of you that have been out of the United States to a place on the equator will know very quickly that you must be in optimum health. The American lifestyle with fast food on every corner, the couch potatoe syndrome, and endless things to occupy your mind, does not promote good health for any part of a human. So I am attempting to keep a journal of my goals and see if this will produce some type of accountability with other people. God is my accountability partner so far but possibly this will promote even more!!
